Return Policy
UOIEA offers a full refund, free replacement and free return w.r.t:
- Mis-shipment: - All product of whatsoever category is applicable for returns and replacement in case the delivered product is incorrect from that of the purchased product .
- Damage: - All product of whatsoever category is applicable for returns and replacement in case the delivered product is damaged or deformed.
- Defective: - All product of whatsoever category is applicable for returns and replacement if delivered product is in defective condition.
- Warranty: - UOIEA offers warranty on various products. Products purchased from unauthorized distributors, resellers or commission websites are not covered under warranty. Defects are defined as imperfections or flaws that are produced by a manufacturing error. Accidental drops, installation failures, normal wear and tear, etc. caused by the owner are not covered under this warranty.
- Gift vouchers, promotional gifts are not eligible for returns, replacement or warranties.
- To receive a refund, one must handover all items within the bundle. Whatever discounted bundled items are not returned, will convert into a full price purchase, and the order will be refunded accordingly.
- UOIEA uses one of the best packaging with minimal use of plastic material and also, 97% of packaging material is completely decomposable and recyclable. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the product is incorrect, damaged or defective.
- UOIEA is fair towards each and every consumer and do maintain immaculate hygiene. Used item is unacceptable and return should be of original product. To ensure 100% transparency, prepare an unboxing video of the delivered product such that any reported anomalies can be validated with absolute accuracy.
Return Process
- Create return request.
- Choose the order with an ongoing issue.
- UOIEA associate would connect with you to address and evaluate the issue.
- Post evaluation, package the original product along with the invoice and seal.
- Handover the sealed package to the return personnel.
Refund Process
UOIEA associate would connect with you via email or on call to obtain the destination bank account and refund would initiate and completed before end of the day.
